21st Century Wants to Ensure a Quality Afterschool Experience!

Student Surveys

In order to measure the impact of 21st Century programs across the state of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Department of Education requires an annual youth survey. This is a requirement of our grant funding, and more importantly, ensures that the work we are doing in afterschool supports the academic and social and emotional well-being of our students.  

Though we are required to administer and collect this information, you are not required to participate. The information is used to better support our children and families. However, we completely understand and respect the decisions made by our families.
