All students in the Nashua School District are required to have up-to-date immunizations based on the state of NH requirements. Without these immunizations, your child will not be allowed to attend school. Students need to have a minimum of one of each required immunizations to start school and proper follow up must be done to avoid exclusion from school.

If a student has a health issue and is unable to have the required immunizations, there must be a letter from the MD stating the reasons for the exemption. This will be recorded in the computer and a letter from the MD will be placed in the student's file. Medical exemptions will be reviewed annually, and the need for renewal will be determined on an individual basis.

A student may be excused from the immunization for religious reasons. A State of NH Certificate of Religious exemption form must be completed and filed in the office. There is no expiration date.
