Office Manager
Susan Wilborg
This position, reporting to the Director, is responsible for managing the Office of Technology. This position helps organize, develop and maintain departmental procedures, manage procurement of technology purchases for the district, and maintain up-to-date records of devices and secure pricing. Additionally, the Office Manger may provide technical assistance to users.

Network Administrator
Steven Wante
The Network Administrator is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and upkeep of the Nashua School District network. This includes all servers, computing, and network infrastructure within our District. The Network Administrator is also responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of all virtual servers, which provide services. The Network Administrator is also responsible for coordinating with various vendors to install, configure, troubleshoot, and setup new network equipment (such as access points, switches, firewall, phone system, etc). The Network Administrator coordinates with the school technicians to find larger issues occurring within the District and come up with a plan to resolve those issues. The Network Administrator will also communicate future upgrade suggestions to the Director of Technology to assist with the Technology Budget plan.

Systems Administrator/Network Support

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to all users, resolve system related issues, assist users in person, via telephone, or in a remote location. This position provides primary support for our X2 Aspen Student Information System along with other district applications. This position is also responsible to assist in the management, maintenance, and upkeep of the Nashua School District network. This includes all servers, computing, and network infrastructure within our District.

Developer/Application Support
Brian Landolt
This position provides primary expertise in the development of existing or new functionality using vendor standards (eg. Java and Aspen conventions). This position works as part of a team to provide support and training for all applications in use by District. This position has prime responsibility to support our District and school websites.

Database Administrator

The Database Administrator is responsible for extracting and/or loading data, monitoring the performance of hardware and software, as well as preserving data integrity. This position works as part of a team to provide support for X2 Aspen Database as well as provide support for the District and school website along side the Developer.

Systems Administrator

The System Administrator works as part of a team to provide detailed troubleshooting, support and training for all applications in use by District.

State Reporting/Application Support
Carmen Jimenez Pauc
This position provides support for all State and Federal Reporting Requirements. This includes data cleanup in Aspen and submission of data for student enrollment, courses, student course enrollment, free and reduced lunch, student rosters for state testing, school safety surveys, SASID requests SPED Public and SPED non-Public, CaTE (Career and Technical Education) submissions, etc. This position additionally provides support around data base administration, ensuring local data elements are accurate, maintained, and supported with valid reference tables. This position also provides help desk support, specifically with Aspen and state related issues.

Assistant System Administrator
Respond to user requests through our helpdesk system, emergency phone calls and email. These duties include installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing 15,000+ devices including Windows computers, Mac computers, Chromebooks, iPads, VoIP phones, document cameras, projectors, networked printers, smart devices, and mobile device carts located throughout the Nashua School District. Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks and wireless access points to ensure uptime and availability are optimal for all users. Coordinate with vendors for the installation of new network cable drops and new technology
equipment. In coordination with Network Administrator, the Assistant Systems Administrators maintain network closets which contain switches, patch panels, and battery backups at the assigned locations.Bill Stoney
